Terms for TCG Scouter

Purpose and independence
TCG Scouter is a collector utility, not a marketplace, seller, appraiser or source of financial advice. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Dragon Ball rights holders, Bandai, Cardmarket or other external services.
Catalogue, prices and alerts
Card data, images, price guides and external offers may be incomplete, delayed or temporarily unavailable. Always verify price, printing, language, condition, seller and shipping costs before buying. An alert is a best-effort signal, not a guarantee that an offer remains available or that every matching offer will be found.
Scanner and review
Recognition results are suggestions for review. Lighting, glare, sleeves, card visibility and catalogue coverage can affect results. You remain responsible for confirming the exact printing before adding it to your collection.
Subscriptions
The planned Free tier supports one active exact price alert, Plus five and Pro twenty-five. The final local price, duration and tax appear in Apple’s purchase flow. Payment is charged through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Apple’s terms and can be managed in your Apple Account settings.
Reasonable use
Do not automate, bypass, disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the service to collect third-party pages, offers or personal data. Do not circumvent alert limits or security controls.
Availability and changes
Features may change to improve safety, reliability, catalogue coverage or compliance. A serious service issue can temporarily pause an alert; the app will indicate when synchronisation or another action is required.
